MLL advises shareholders on the sale of Webtiser to Swisscom

Webtiser, a renowned Swiss SAP e-commerce specialist based in Zurich, was acquired by Swisscom. As one of the largest national full service providers in Switzerland, Swisscom thus completes its portfolio of services and benefits from Webtiser’s many years of experience, particularly in the area of ​​SAP Customer Experience.
