Andrea Schäffler
Andrea Schäffler is part of MLL’s IP team. She represents and advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property and unfair competition law, with a focus on trademark, copyright and design law. Additionally, she is a regular contributor to both internal and external IP lectures and publications.
Marc Baumberger
Marc Baumberger is a member of MLL’s corporate and M&A department. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border elements and broad range matters for foreign investors. He is particularly experienced in investments by domestic and foreign private equity firms in Switzerland.
