MLL Legal advises Alpha VCX on the acquisition of Mirus Software
Davos-based Mirus Software , a provider of hotel software solutions, is exploring new horizons following its acquisition Alpha VCX. Together, both companies are pursuing a long-term strategy and plan to expand into Austria and Germany over the next few years, becoming the leading provider of hotel
solutions in the DACH region.
MLL Legal in collaboration with Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte advised Austrian holding company Alpha VCX with focus on participations in IT and software businesses regarding the acquisition of Swiss company Mirus Software, a Swiss market company for software solutions in the hospitality industry.
The transaction was led by partner Nadine von Büren-Maier (M&A corporate, commercial/IP, pictured), and Christian Pindeus (partner Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte, M&A corporate).
