MLL Legal advises DentaCore on Adent acquisition
MLL Legal advised DentaCore Group on its acquisition of Adent Cliniques Dentaires from European Dental Group, a portfolio company of Nordic Capital. DentaCore acquired 100% of the shares in Adent Holding.
Deal details
Adent operates 24 dental clinics and two dental laboratories in French-speaking Switzerland and has approximately 500 employees. The acquisition brings DentaCore’s network to 91 locations across 19 cantons, with a presence in both German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
