MLL Legal advises on Buyers Edge Platform’s acquisition of MMC


Buyers Edge Platform, a global leader in technology and procurement solutions for the hospitality sector, has acquired Majestic Management & Consulting (MMC) SA, a Swiss company specialising in hospitality procurement. MLL Legal acted as legal advisor to Yann Meuterlos, CEO and seller of MMC.

The team

The MLL Legal team was led by Hélène Weidmann, partner in the M&A practice. She was supported by Linda Cetkovic, associate in M&A; Gianni Fera, senior associate specialising in tax; and Mark-Anthony Schwestermann, associate focusing on employment law.
