MLL Legal has advised voestalpine High Performance Metals on the acquisition of Metaltec. voestalpine High Performance Metals Schweiz is a renowned provider of sophisticated product and service solutions for stainless steel, surface treatment and coating in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
With the acquisition of Metaltec in Pieterlen, Canton Bern, the subsidiary of the High Performance Metals Division of the international voestalpine Group is further expanding its offering in the high-quality segment. Metaltec is a specialist for bright steels. The focus is on industries with the highest demands, such as the Swiss watch industry, medical technology (implants, instruments), but also the automotive supply industry.
