MLL Legal appoints two new partners
MLL Legal strengthens its structure with the appointment of two new partners to the firm, Arnaud Martin and Marc Schamaun. These new recruits reinforce and expand the areas of tax, as well as corporate and mergers & acquisitions.
Arnaud Martin (pictured left) has been working as a tax partner for the boutique law firm specialised in business law Aegis for the past seven years. He also worked at Lenz & Staehelin and EY. He will be based in the Geneva office working with tax expert Imane Kacem and the whole tax team in Zurich and Zug.
Marc Schamaun (pictured right) will be based at the Zurich office. Schamaun’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital as well as general corporate law in connection with complex restructurings.
