MLL Legal with buying team on Marvinpac’s management buyout
MLL Legal advised Antoine Audema, Jean Christinat and Jan Vrátil on their management buyout of packaging manufacturer Marvinpac Group.
The company
Headquartered in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Marvinpac’s services span packaging development, supplier selection, co- manufacturing & co-packing, quality control and storage & shipping. The group employs 230 people and operates 2 production sites in Switzerland and in Czech Republic as well as an internal strategic sourcing platform in China.
Marvinpac serves a plethora of markets, including Food & Confisery, Cosmetics, watch industry, hospitality industry, gifts & electronics, fashion and accessories.
As a result of the transaction, the management team will take full control of the group’s operations.
