MLL Legal with Datwyler on 51% stake acquisition in Capsul’​in Pro

MLL Legal advised SIX-listed Datwyler Group on the acquisition of a 51% stake in Capsul’In, a Luxembourg-based provider of aluminium coffee capsule solutions.

Closing of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2026.
