MLL Legal with DSM Venturing on Cosaic’s late seed funding round
MLL Legal advised DSM Venturing B.V., the corporate venture capital arm of dsm-firmenich, in connection with its role as a new investor within Cosaic’s USD 6 million late seed financing round.
Alongside DSM Venturing B.V., the round for the Swiss food biotech startup developing yeast-derived multifunctional ingredients involved new investor Kickfund, as well the existing investors Navus Ventures B.V. and Zürcher Kantonalbank.
