MLL Legal with Elis on Groupe JP Muller acquisition

MLL Legal advised Elis — a specialist in circular services at work — on the Swiss aspects of its acquisition of 100% in Groupe JP Muller.

Groupe JP Muller operates a modern laundry facility,  providing flat linen services to hospitality and restaurant clients throughout the Grand-Est region of France, as well as to customers in the Basel area in Switzerland.
