MLL Legal with KRÜGER GROUP on Hermes Süssstoff’s acquisition

MLL advised KRÜGER GROUP, a German food and beverage manufacturer, producing and selling food products, specialising in beverages, chocolate and sugar confectionery, infant formula, health products, OTC and pharmaceutical products and semi-finished products for the processing industry on Hermes Süssstoff’s acquisition. The acquisition is a suitable addition to the KRÜGER GROUP’s Beverages division, allowing the latter to strengthen its position.

Hermes Süssstoff

Hermesetas is the market leader in Northern Europe and has a strong international presence in Australia, the UK, Ireland, and many other countries.
