MLL announces the promotion of four of its lawyers to senior associate 

MLL has announced the promotion of four of its lawyers, Louisa Galbraith, Marco S. Meier, David Peter and Andrea Trost, as senior associates. 

Louisa Galbraith is a member of the firm’s IP team and is based in Zurich. She represents and advises clients in all aspects of IP and unfair competition law with a focus on patent and trademark litigation and pharmaceutical regulatory law. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including life sciences, retail and luxury goods. 

Marco S. Meier is a member of the ICT & Digital team as well as MLLStart! and is based in Zurich. His practice focuses on data privacy law, IT & technology law and regulatory matters in the digital economy, in particular in the tech, financial services, luxury, tourism and healthcare sector. In addition, he regularly advises national and multinational companies on IT/IP M&A-transactions. 

David Peter is a member of MLL’s Dispute Resolution team in Zurich. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation. He advises and represents Swiss and international individuals and entities before all Swiss courts and authorities. Being a member of the firm’s Employment Law & Social Security group, his practice covers advising and representing clients in various employment law and HR related matters. Further areas of expertise include real estate, in particular commercial leases, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. 

Andrea Trost is based in MLL’s London office and focuses on banking & finance and on corporate and commercial transactions. Her practice further covers regulatory matters with a focus on disruptive and new technologies and she also advises on employment law matters.
