MLL represented Shinsegae International as Swiss legal counsel

MLL represented Shinsegae International, South-Korea, as Swiss legal counsel with regard to its acquisition of a group of Swiss based companies active in the luxury cosmetic industry. MLL supported Shinsegae International in the due diligence process and advised on Swiss law aspects of the transaction, which is structured as share deal, with certain restructuring measures to take place prior to completion of the transaction.
