MLL represented a South American company before the Zurich Commercial Court in a dispute concerning the international transport of goods from Switzerland to South America. The South American company bought goods from a Swiss seller, who contracted with a Swiss shipper who was supposed to arrange for the shipment of the goods to South America. The goods never arrived at their destination but got blocked in a third state. Ultimately, the dispute could be settled with a tripartite settlement agreement involving the buyer, the seller and the shipper.
