MLL with Mirus Software on its deal with Prognolite

MLL in collaboration with Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte advised Mirus Software, a Swiss provider of software solutions in the hospitality industry, which is part of the Austrian group Alpha VCX active in IT and software businesses, in an asset deal concluded with Prognolite.

Mirus Software thus strengthens its focus on AI by acquiring an AI driven software for the planning and evaluation of staff resource planning as a further software solution in its product range.
