MLL with Plasmalex on Coat-X acquisition

MLL advised Plasmalex on the acquisition of the swiss company Coat-X. The incorporation of implantable multilayer COAT-X thin films into Plasmalex’s product range represents a significant expansion of Plasmalex’s portfolio and will enable the company to offer a comprehensive range of surface functionalisation and protection solutions.
