Mobiliar finances part of the Carvolution vehicle fleet up to CHF 50,000,000: the advisor

Mobiliar is financing part of the Carvolution vehicle fleet up to CHF 50,000,000. Carvolution is the Swiss market leader for car subscriptions. The transaction is processed through CV Fleet AG, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) held by Carvolution and financed by Mobiliar.
