Mökah expands its business with the acquisition of H. Jakober. The advisors

Mökah, a company of the Kanalservice Group and portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, has acquired H. Jakober as part of the group’s ongoing growth strategy.

H. Jakober is a provider of comprehensive services in the areas of IA traditional sewer maintenance, surface treatment and water high pressure cleaning.

With approximately 300 employees, 250 vehicles and 9 group companies, Mökah Group is a service provider in the field of sewer and road maintenance.

Walder Wyss advised Mökah on the transaction.
