Nathalie Voser leaves Schellenberg Wittmer to found rothorn legal
rothorn legal is newly founded German-Swiss boutique law firm, just launched with offices in Zurich and Frankfurt. It was founded by Nathalie Voser (pictured), who is leaving Schellenberg Wittmer, and Rolf Trittmann , who left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In addition to the two professors mentioned, the team included, among others, Eliane Fischer, James Menz, David Tebel, Moritz Schmitt, Steffen Lindemann.
According to the law firm’s website, Rothorn legal will “furnish practical advice and determined representation in complex cross-border disputes”, combining “partner attention, cost-effectiveness, and innovation-driven approaches of a boutique with the experience that we have gained at international law firms and companies”. As for the the specialty areas the website outlines: automotive, construction and infrastructures, pharmaceuticals and Biotech, aviation and rai, and post M&A disputes.
