Naxicap Partners acquires Groupe 3R. The advisors

Private equity firm, Naxicap Partners has closed the acquisition of a majority stake in Groupe 3R (Réseau Radiologique Romand), a Swiss radiological network created by Dr. Dominique Fournier.

The advisors

Python advised Naxicap Partners on all Swiss law related aspect of this deal. Python team was led by partner Marc Iynedjian (pictured) joined by associates Manuel Moor and Philippe Florinetti.

Homburger advised 3R on this matter throughout the entire process.
