Netrics acquires Garaio: the advisors
Bär & Karrer advised Netrics Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, on Garaio’s majority stake acquisition, Kellerhals Carrard advised Garaio’s shareholders on the transaction.
Garaio is a swiss provider of consulting services and customized software solutions. With its acquisition, Netrics Group is further expanding its position as a provider of managed cloud and digital workplace solutions as well as consulting services for demanding SMEs and enterprise customers.
