Homburger with Nets A/S on the merger of its two Swiss subsidiaries
Homburger acted as legal counsel to Nets A/S in relation to the merger of its two Swiss subsidiaries Concardis Schweiz and CCV (Switzerland).
The Homburger team was led by partner Daniel Daeniker (corporate / m&a, pictured) and included partner Reto Heuberger (tax), lead associate Stefan Luginbühl (corporate / m&a) as well as associate Gabriel Kasper (ip / it).
As of June 30th 2021, the two companies will continue to operate under the Nets brand as Nets Schweiz. The merger expands Nets’ service portfolio in Switzerland, with Nets Schweiz becoming a one-stop-shop for merchants and service providers in Switzerland in demand for payment solutions.
