New partner and counsel arrive at Schellenberg Wittmer
Schellenberg Wittmer announce new arrivals as of 1 January 2021: Grégoire Tribolet as Partner in Banking & Finance practice, Giulia Marchettini as Counsel in Dispute Resolution practice, and Katherine Bell as Counsel in Dispute Resolution and Construction practices.
Grégoire Tribolet(pictured left) specializes in banking & finance, and advises banks, asset managers and other financial service providers on all types of regulatory and corporate governance matters as well as on financing and corporate transactions. His activities also include internal investigations and data protection as further strengths.
Giulia Marchettini (pictured centred) specializes in representing clients in complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation, including enforcement of foreign decisions, freezing injunctions, contentious labor law matters, cross-border contractual disputes, disputes arising out of financial advisory work, joint ventures and partnerships. She also has strong expertise in international legal assistance in civil matters.
Katherine Bell (pictured right) specializes in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, focusing on the resolution of disputes arising out of complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects across a variety of industries. She acts as counsel in ADR and arbitral proceedings and as arbitrator, represents parties in litigation proceedings before Swiss courts, and assists clients in negotiating and drafting construction contracts. Katherine is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. She regularly publishes in her areas of expertise and advises clients in German and English.
