Domofen’s acquisition of Nuavo: the advisors
Swiss investment firm Nuavo completed its purchase of a majority stake Courgenay-based windows and doors manufacturer Domofen.
Nexus Advocats advised the buyer throughout the operation, while Kellerhals Carrard represented the exiting shareholders.
UBS took part in the financing phase of the deal.
The context
Founded by Philipp RIes, Raphael Gindrat, and Gregor Plattner, entrepreneurial investment firm Nuavo focuses on acquiring majority stakes in Swiss SMEs.
In connection with the transaction, Nuavo completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Domofen, a manufacturer of PWC doors and windows based in Courgenay. Marking Nuavo’s first ever investment, the operation has been successfully concluded in partnership with a group of Swiss entrepreneurs.
