NEXUS, Giró Szász & Partners Legal Partnership advises on creation of ITVF
NEXUS Avocats, Giró Szász and Partners Legal Partnership, advised on the creation of the International Table Volleyball Federation (ITVF), the sole and exclusive world governing body for table volleyball and para table volleyball and its other variants, with its registered seat in Canton of Vaud.
The Swiss team was led by partner Nicolas F. Krauer (M&A, corporate law and sport law – pictured left) and further included partner Grégoire Henriod (M&A and corporate law). ITVF was also assisted by Hungarian sport lawyer Ákos Tallár, partner at Giró Szász and Partners Legal Partnership (pictured right).
