NFK advised SD Worx in Adessa Group’s acquisition

SD Worx People Solutions, a Belgium based leading payroll and HR services provider, has acquired the Adessa Group, a Swiss based technology consulting firm offering HR software in the cloud and associated services allowing customers to transform towards efficient HR processes and digital workplaces.
Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss legal advisor to SD Worx in this transaction. The team was led by partner Till Spillmann (m&a – pictured) working with senior associates Andrea Giger and Deirdre Ní Annracháin and junior associate Stephanie Huchler (all m&a).
