Inhousecommunity days Switzelrand 2024 – Day 2
On October 24th and on October 25th the Inhousecommunity Days are held at Park Hyatt in Zurich. The event ― organized by LC Publishing Group ― is partnered by Axiom, 5 Gambit Disputes, LCA, and Littler as well as supported by ACC Europe and ECLA ― gathers legal experts, general counsel, in-house lawyers, and private practice lawyers.
After the check-in at 08:15 and registration, Aldo Scaringella, CEO of LC Publishing Group, opens the event with a welcome message. He is followed by the opening messages of Stéphanie Fougou, general counsel of Technicolor and chairwoman of the Board of ECLA, and Xavier Schops, chief legal officer and head of M&A and member of the executive committee Medmix, board member and treasurer of ACC Europe.
Roundtable III
At 09:10 A.M. the first roundtable (pictured on the left) of the day focuses on “Technology for conflict resolution: improving timeline and efficiency”.
The debate floor welcomes Alice Flacco, general counsel, MicroPort Scientific Corporation (CRM), Stéphanie Fougou, general counsel, Technicolor, chairwoman of the board, ECLA, Nicole Olsman, chief legal officer & head of sustainability, Linxon, Leonardo Scimmi, regulatory compliance officer, STOXX. The speakers delve together into the complexities the new reaches of technologies allow in such a pivotal field. Ilaria Iaquinta, editor-in-chief of LegalcommunityCH acts as moderator.
