NKF advises Romer’s Holding on acquisition deal
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Romer’s Holding, the parent company of Swiss frozen baked goods specialist Romer’s Hausbäckerei, on its acquisition of Kern & Sammet. The buyer is a group company of Idak Food Group.
