NKF acted as counsel to the private equity investor MVM Partners
On 18 May 2020, the private equity investor MVM Partners closed a convertible loan financing of SkyCell, a manufacturer of data-driven, temperature controlled containers for the pharma industry. The investment is part of a Usd 62 million growth funding round of SkyCell. The financing round was led by MVM Partners together with a consortium of family offices and a leading Swiss insurance company. The raised funds will be used to expand SkyCell’s global footprint and container fleet, with particular focus on the US and Asia.
