NKF advises Bearmind on its seed financing round

Niederer Kraft Frey has advised Bearmind as Swiss counsel on its seed financing round led by HH Equity Partners II. The EPFL spinoff has secured CHF 1.3 million in the seed round that also included participation from AVANTECA Partners, NP Consulting, Swisspreneur, and several business angels.

Bearmind develops and commercialises in-built helmet sensors and software for brain injury prevention and performance monitoring, including real-time concussion risk assessment, in sports. Currently tested with the Swiss National League clubs, Bearmind’s technology and products are adaptable to numerous sports and industries.
