Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”) advised Climate Impulse on the partnership agreement with UM6P and OCP Group.

NKF team
The NKF team was led by corporate/M&A and Technology partner Jacques Bonvin, working with associate Boris Catzeflis (corporate/M&A and technology).
UM6P and OCP Group
UM6P and OCP Group, amongst the world’s largest producer of phosphate and phosphate-based products and one of the largest phosphate, fertilizer, chemical and mineral industrial companies in the world, together with science company Syensqo (a spin-off from Solvay), will be the main partners of Climate Impulse. They will be key players in addressing the technical challenges associated with Climate Impulse, including managing the extreme temperatures required to maintain liquid hydrogen at -253°C throughout the estimated nine-day flight.
Climate Impulse project
The contribution of UM6P and OCP Group to the “Climate Impulse” project reflects their determination to play an active role in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goal No.13 on climate action and to support global initiatives for a sustainable future. Also, it highlights Morocco’s potential in the green hydrogen field.
