NKF advises Five Elms Capital on RoomPriceGenie investment
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised growth equity firm Five Elms Capital on its USD 75 million investment in revenue management specialist RoomPriceGenie.
The context
As a growth investor in software businesses, Five Elms provides capital and resources to support and accelerate companies’ growth within the industry. The firm holds USD 3 billion in assets under management and a employs a global team of over 75 professionals.
Five Elms’ investment portfolio features 70 software platforms globally, including the recent addition of RoomPriceGenie, a revenue management system (RMS), originally created for small, independent hotels and now used by more than 3’000 hotels and groups of all sizes across 65 countries worldwide.
