NKF advises FLE on Zürich-Oerlikon Holiday Inn acquisition

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised FLE GmbH on the acquisition of the Hotel Holiday Inn in Zürich-Oerlikon, marking FLE’s entry into the Swiss market. The 164-room property is a long-let investment operated under the Holiday Inn brand.
