NKF advises HYGH in the closing of its EUR 21.5m financing round

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as lead counsel to HYGH in connection with its EUR 21.5 million financing round. Sparta Capital Management, a London based alternative investment manager founded by Franck Tuil, provided debt and equity financing. The capital from this financing round is intended to drive expansion. The next year, HYGH plans to be present in the 15 largest German cities.

Based in Zug, the company is a fast-growing digital outdoor advertising company with currently over 1’800 displays in seven major German cities. They operate a digital outdoor advertising platform that provides people and company ideas with local visibility in cities in order to progress their own goals. The company’s platform is engaged in the development and realization of comprehensive marketing and advertising concepts, sales promotion, and public relations.
