NKF advises Nederman on the acquisition of MBE

Niederer Kraft Frey has advised Nederman Holding, an environmental technology company and a global leader in industrial air filtration, on the acquisition of MBE. Nederman Holding is a Sweden-based company engaged in the environmental technology sector. From the other side, the Swiss MBE is active in the business of gas and water analytical instruments and engineering. It’s range includes gas measurement technologies for a wide variety of applications, from gas sampling and specific gas treatment to suitable gas measurement instruments. With their knowledge, market presence and customer base they have built a strong brand and market position.
