NKF advises Solar Impulse Foundation with its cleantech tool

Solar Impulse Foundation launches RUNWAY, a new matchmaking tool for cleantech that allows to direct capital towards clean and efficient ventures to create an economy evolving within planetary boundaries. The platform will be live on 28 November 2023.

RUNWAY brings together innovators and investors from the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions, driven by the goal of amplifying positive change through clean technologies. Cleantech innovations require accessible capital, and investors seek viable sustainability projects. The platform is open to all investors that are members and to innovators who received the Solar Impulse Foundation’s Efficient Solution Label.

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Solar Impulse Foundation on the setting-up of its new matchmaking platform.The NKF team was led by corporate/M&A and Technology partner Jacques Bonvin (pictured), working with associate Boris Catzeflis (corporate/M&A and Technology), senior associate Simon Bühler and associate Stefan Härtner (both banking, finance and regulatory).
