NKF advises The Matcha Club on Italy expansion

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) has advised The Matcha Club on its international expansion and the set-up of its local presence in Italy.

The Matcha Club was founded in 2022 in Zurich by Chiara Dalla Mora and Alrik Bytyqi, who co-own the company together with Armend Bytyqi. The company is a premium matcha brand offering Japanese matcha, beverages and lifestyle products.

Advisory team

The NKF team advising on the matter was led by transactions partner Adrian Koller, working alongside associate Carlotta Ulmer and junior associate Nina Lötscher, both also members of the transactions practice. The team was further supported by partner Thomas Hochstrasser of the commercial practice.
