NKF promotes Aurélien Charmillot as senior associate

Niederer Kraft Frey has promoted Aurélien Charmillot to senior associate, effective 1 July 2023. With this appointment the firm recognises the great work of the lawyer based in Geneva.

Charmillot’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and arbitration. He also regularly represents clients in administrative, criminal and other proceedings. He represents clients in all aspects of domestic and cross-border litigation, including civil, criminal and administrative matters before all state-court instances and all authorities in Switzerland. prior to work at NKF, Charmillot was associate at Tavernier Tschanz.
