NKF with banking syndicate on credit facilities to SGH2

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised JPMorgan Chase Bank in its capacity as administrative agent, GLAS working as collateral agent and the other members of the banking syndicate in connection with a USD 535 million term loan, a EUR 200 million term loan and a USD 90 million multicurrency revolving credit facility for SGH2, a finance subsidiary of the Scenic group.

Founded in 1986 by Australian entrepreneur Glen Moroney, the Scenic group is a luxury cruises and tours operator active at global level.
