NKF with Brusa Elektronik’s completion of equitity private placement

Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”) advised Brusa Elektronik, a Swiss based technology company in the field of development, manufacturing and distribution of power electronics used for battery electrical vehicles which has completed a carve-out transaction of its electrical drive units followed by a minority equity private placement with international strategic and financial investors. The newly raised funds will be used to accelerate the growth of Brusa Elektronik’s and strengthen its market presence in both Asia and North America.
