Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Ecorobotix, a globally active specialist in AI-powered Ultra-High Precision spraying, throughout its Series C and Series D financing rounds, respectively amounting USD 45 million in 2024 and USD 105 million in 2025.
In connection with the recent Series D funding, Borel & Barbey advised lead investor Highland Europe
The investor base
AQTON and Cibus Capital led the series C with further support from The European Circular Bioeconomy Fund (ECBF). As previously specified, Highland Europe led a Series D round which saw further involvement from McWin Capital Partners as new investor and support from long-term investors 4FOX Ventures, BASF Venture Capital, Capagro, Flexstone Partners, Fondation Domaine de Villette, Meritech, Stellar Impact, Swisscanto, Swisscom Ventures, Verve Capital Partners AG and Yara Growth Ventures.
