NKF with Epic Suisse on raising CHF 70m via bookbuilding
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Zurich-based real estate company Epic Suisse in connection with its upsized CHF 70 million equity raise. The operation concretised through an accelerated bookbuilding process, with the issuance of 875’000 new shares.
The net proceeds from the operation are expected to finance ongoing and planned real estate development and the acquisition pipeline.
