NKF with Franke Group acquiring WESCO Group
Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”) advised the Franke Group on the acquisition of the WESCO Group. The closing is subject to regulatory approval.

Franke Group
The Franke Group, headquartered in Aarburg, Switzerland, is a global manufacturer and supplier of solutions and equipment for domestic kitchens, professional kitchens and coffee preparation. The company has a global presence and employs around 7’700 people in 35 countries. Net sales total approximately CHF 2.42 billion.
WESCO Group
Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Wettingen, Switzerland, the WESCO Group is a family business specialising in extractor hoods and ventilation systems for kitchens, homes, offices and schools. With around 280 employees at locations in Switzerland, Germany and Italy, the Group generates net sales of approximately CHF 97 million.
