Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Swiss insurance company Helvetia Schweizerische Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft  in connection with the sale of a real estate portfolio in the Cantons of Zurich, St. Gallen, Neuchâtel and Basel to Helvetia Asset Management acting for the Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund.
