Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Sienna Private Equity – mid-market European private equity fund – on its investment in TEC Group.
The company
Founded by Arnaud Faivre in 2008, TEC Group is a supplier to the Swiss luxury watchmaking industry. The company’s solutions portfolio includes component manufacturing, precision turning, design and production of movements, decoration, tooling and machines.
