NKF with Storskogen on LEP acquisition
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Swedish group Storskogen on the acquisition of Swiss digital healthcare documentation specialist LEP.

Headquartered in St. Gallen, selling part LEP operates in German-speaking countries providing classification systems and solutions for the structured documentation and analysis of healthcare services.
Headquartered in Stockholm and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Storskogen is an international group, active in acquiring and operating small & medium enterprises across trade, industry and services. The company employs approximately 11,000 people and reports net sales of SEK 33 billion.
