Niederer Kraft Frey advised aerospace company SWISSto12 on the acquisition of key assets and IP from Hanwha Phasor, following the latter’s liquidation.
The parties
Headquartered in Renens, SWISSto12 is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of advanced satellite systems and radio frequency products.
London-based Hanwha Phasor specialises in the design of enterprise-grade antennas for satellite communications.
