NKF with SWISSto12 on EUR 100m funding for HummingSat
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised SWISSto12 as the Swiss aerospace company secured EUR 73 million in financial support from European Space Agency (ESA) Member States through the HummingSat ARTES partnership project, aimed at producing a compact, affordable satellite model. In addition and still under NKF’s advisory, SWISSto12, accessed financial support from European private investors, bringing its total funding to more than EUR 100 million.
