NKF with UBS on Gurit’s financing deal

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised UBS Switzerland on its role as coordinator, agent and lender in a CHF 120 million financing for Gurit Holding. Moreover, the Swiss firm represented the other members of the international banking syndicate involved in the operation.

Gurit Holding

Listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, Gurit Holding is a manufacturer and supplier of advanced composite materials. The company serves, among others, the renewable wind turbine blade industry.

Transactions partners Philip Spoerlé (pictured right) and Adrian Koller (pictured left) co-led the NKF team on the matter, working alongside associate Alexander Züger, junior associate Selim Tisli (both transactions) as well as partner Markus Kronauer (tax).
